Primary Objectives: To describe patients demographics and socioeconomic characteristics and to describe the BC pathological characterization.

Design: All patients diagnosed with de novo or recurrent MBC from January 2012 to December 2012 at participating centers will be included. Data will be collected in selected LACOG centers (N=15-20) comprising different regions in Brazil. Availability of tumor samples (FFPE) stored in the center will be registered for a possible future translational research.

Sample Size: 500 to 1500 patients
